Service Lane Assistant
Location: Audi Charleston, SC Department: Service Employment Type: Full-time, some weekends.
Audi Charleston is seeking a professional and energetic Service Lane Assistant to join our premier service department. This role is the first point of contact for our clients and plays a critical part in maintaining the flow and efficiency of our service operations. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service and represent the Audi brand with excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Greet arriving customers in the service lane with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Conduct initial vehicle inspections and check-ins with high attention to detail.
- Coordinate vehicle movement within the service lane to ensure a seamless experience for both clients and technicians.
- Assist service advisors with documentation, scheduling, and client communications as needed.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the service drive to reflect Audi’s luxury standards.
- 1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing role (Automotive experience preferred but not required).
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- A high standard of personal presentation and a commitment to providing a luxury-level guest experience.
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and a willingness to learn specialized dealership software.
- Ability to work a full-time schedule, including rotating weekends.
- Valid South Carolina Drivers License required
