The Export VIP Client Support Specialist must meetthe customerserviceexpectationsrequired by the Department for the VIP customers. Ensurestimelyand smooth process of cargo while providing outstanding personalized customer service to clients.

• Processesbookingrequestfrom clients per booking procedure.
• Handles emails & phone callsprotocolper customer service procedure.
• IssuesneededEMC based on manifest corrector procedure.
• Ensures bookings are rated inthe link correctly.
  
  Can communicate rate discrepancies.
• Understands account contracts to communicate rates, free time, and stipulations.
• Completesa daily productivity report as part of the tasks assigned by Department.
• Establishesandmaintainsgood relationships with customers (email/phone and F2F meetings).
• Assist sand resolvescustomerinquiries.
• Coordinates with the different departments in the US and overseas to ensure smooth loading / unloading process.
• Manages day to day operations of the assigned accounts.
• Analyze sand discusses with management responses to customer's scorecards and KPI reports on
• MSC performance.
• Assists Finance department in collection of outstanding invoices.
• Servesas a liaison between overseas offices, different MSC departments, vendors, and customers (isthe face of MSC in the eyes of the accounts.)
• Gathersandmaintainsproficient knowledge of the market and the maritime industry.
• Understands department'sprocedures and flows.
• FollowsMSC policies, procedures, and core values.
• Presence required on‑site 5 days per week
• Performs other duties, as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree preferredor equivalent experience in a similar role(supply chain, transportation, shipping,logistics, freight forwarding, customer service, etc.)
• English: advanced
• Strong attention to details
• Organized, efficient, and able to manage time effectively
• Strong customer service mindset, focused, and responsive
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
• Great team player
• Knowledge of MS Excel with the ability to learn new software

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able tolift upto 15 pounds at a time
• Must be able to commute to the designated office location
• Presence required on‑site 5 days per week

• Authorization to work in the U.S

This role requires working on-site in the office for five days aweek, from Monday to Friday. There is no option for fully remote or hybrid workin this role, unless required off-site duties are being performed.
