Role Overview:
Work in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented call center to manage inbound and outbound customer calls for accounts that are 30, 60, or 90+ days past due. Main responsibilities include identifying and resolving outstanding issues to rehabilitate accounts and prevent suspension.

Call Center

Hours:

7:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m., Monday through Friday; 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Saturday; closed Sundays. Shift‑bid schedule with updates twice annually. Holidays may be required and overtime offered on a volunteer basis.

Candidate

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Call center, customer service, or collections experience preferred but not required
• Experience in hospitality, retail, or banking customer service considered
• Ability to handle escalated calls and demonstrate strong negotiation, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work with internal and external customers
• Comfortable with multitasking and using a computer terminal to gather and research information
• Availability for 12:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and every other Saturday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
