Do you enjoy helping people and finding solutions?We're looking for a friendly and dependable Customer Service Representative to join our team supporting customers with automotive glass repair and replacement services.
This is a people-focused position where you'll communicate with customers, help coordinate their service needs, and make sure they have a smooth experience from the initial conversation through their appointment.
No automotive experience is required — training is provided.
What You'll Handle- Speak with customers about their vehicle glass service needs
- Help customers understand repair and replacement options
- Assist with scheduling appointments
- Provide information about services, warranties, and next steps
- Help customers navigate the insurance process when applicable
- Keep customer information and appointment details organized
- Communicate with service and installation teams
- Follow up on customer requests and questions
- Deliver professional and friendly service throughout the customer experience
