Whatyou'll be doing:
- Manage and lead landscape architecture projects from design through construction
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to the growth of the studio
- Participate in studio operations and strategic project planning
- 6+ years of experience in landscape architecture
- Skilled in project management and client coordination
- Proven track record of leading projects through all phases
- Strong interest in studio operations and leadership
- Experience with residential and/or boutique hospitality projects preferred
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch Up (or similar tools)
