Primary Care Physician | Full-Time

A well-established not-for-profit healthcare organization in the Charleston, South Carolina area is actively seeking a full-time Primary Care Physician to join its expanding outpatient practice. The position offers a strong referral base, modern facilities, and a supportive leadership structure designed to promote physician success and work-life balance.

Position Overview- Provide comprehensive primary care services in an outpatient setting
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic conditions
- Conduct preventive health screenings and routine physical examinations
- Manage chronic disease care plans and coordinate specialty referrals
- Collaborate with advanced practice providers and care management teams
- Participate in shared call schedule (primarily phone-based)
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
- Participate in quality improvement and population health initiatives
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Eligible for South Carolina State medical licensure
- Active or eligible DEA registration
- Strong diagnostic, communication, and teamwork skills
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-focused care
Compensation is open to discussion and commensurate with experience.
