This contract position is on-site, providing an exceptional opportunity to work in a dynamic environment dedicated to delivering high-quality cardiac care.

As a Locum Cardiology physician, you will play a critical role in diagnosing and treating patients with cardiovascular conditions. You will collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care while supporting our mission of improving cardiac health in the community. • Conduct comprehensive cardiovascular assessments and diagnostics
• Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with cardiac conditions
• Perform non-invasive cardiac procedures as necessary
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care
• Provide patient education on cardiovascular health and prevention
• Document patient interactions and maintain accurate medical records
• Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
• Stay updated on advancements in cardiology and best practices

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Valid medical license to practice in the state of South Carolina
• Board certification in Cardiology or eligibility for certification
• Previous experience in a cardiology setting is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous learning
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems

Schedule:

24-hour call (7a-7a), 6-8 shifts per month

Patient Volume: 20 per day

Must be board-certified or board-eligible
