Spanish Teacher; Grades 3-8

We are an independent PK-8 school dedicated to educating the whole child through strong relationships, academic excellence, and an engaging, student-centered learning environment. We are seeking a passionate Spanish Teacher to join our collaborative and supportive faculty team.

  Full-Time; 7:30 am - 3:30 pm
• Occasional evenings or weekends may be required for school events.

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• State teacher certification preferred
• Strong proficiency in Spanish and language instruction
• Communication and collaboration skills

Under the direct supervision of the Head of School, the Spanish Teacher will:

• Provide engaging Spanish instruction aligned with SC state standards.
• Plan and present creative, multi-sensory lessons (kinesthetic, tactile, auditory, and visual).
• Foster a safe, structured, and positive classroom environment.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with students, families, colleagues, and administrators.
• Implement discipline policies with fairness and consistency.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Actively participate in school life, meetings, and professional development opportunities.
• Comply with all Mason Preparatory School policies and procedures as outlined in faculty, student, and employee handbooks.
