Responsibilities
Success Coaches serve as students' primary point of contact and guide students through registration, orientation, financial aid, academic advising, counseling, and career services.
- Navigating students through onboarding.
- Coordinating academic support for assigned programs.
- Using technology to monitor program and performance progress.
- Counseling students on financial aid.
- Referring students to appropriate counseling services.
- Reviewing and accepting onboarding documents.
- Receiving and addressing early alert notifications.
- Overseeing overall office operations.
- Maintaining student accountability using technology, including multiple computer software programs, smart boards, and communication technology; providing timely feedback to students and supervisors regarding onboarding and academic progress.
- Preparing, reviewing, and submitting essential operational and student records, reports, forms, regulatory information, and related documents.
This position requires a bachelor's degree and experience in student services programs. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and two (2) years of experience in student services programs.
Preferred QualificationsIdeal candidates will have experience in academic affairs programs or higher education administration. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work with minimal supervision. Candidates must thrive in a diverse and fast‑paced environment while maintaining professionalism in the office and providing high‑quality customer experiences.
