• $120,000 annual salary (equivalent to $60 USD/hour) with weekly pay

• Engage and inspire students through direct, consistent peer‑level interaction on a daily basis
• Leverage adaptive technology and AI‑driven platforms to support individualized learning progression
• Facilitate small‑group sessions centered on leadership development, life skills, and practical success frameworks
• Guide students to identify their unique capabilities and broaden their goals via customized development planning
• Drive continuous improvement of Alpha’s educational model through data contributions, actionable insights, and innovative thinking

Cultivate student enthusiasm for school while enabling 2× accelerated learning through AI integration.

• Availability to work on‑site at any of the locations listed above
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in any discipline
• Proven track record of excellence (e.g., top‑tier academic distinctions, Division‑I/Olympic‑level athletics, national‑level competitions, etc.)
• At least 3 years of direct experience working with K–8 students in mentoring, coaching, or teaching roles
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation abilities
• Current legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The role is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement as a Contractor of Record with Crossover. Compensation is $60 USD/hour, paid weekly.
