Join Charleston Swim School as a Swim Teacher, where you'll inspire and educate swimmers of all ages in a fun and supportive environment. Our passionate team is dedicated to fostering a love for swimming while ensuring safety and skill development.
Conduct engaging swim lessons for individuals and groups of varying skill levels.
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills.
Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all participants.
Develop lesson plans tailored to the needs and goals of each swimmer.
Communicate effectively with parents about their child's progress and areas for improvement.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool area and teaching materials.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Promote swim safety awareness and best practices to students and families.
Current CPR and First Aid certifications are required.
Previous experience teaching swim lessons or coaching is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Passion for swimming and a commitment to student development.
Must be at least 17 years old and have reliable transportation.
Knowledge of swim techniques and safety protocols is essential.
Enthusiasm for working with children and adults alike.

Compensation: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour.
