Job Responsibilities
Teach college courses in English; participate in curriculum and instructional material development; assessment functions related to program learning outcomes and student learning outcomes; student advisement; enrollment and registration; student recruitment and retention activities; college outreach activities; college committees; community service; and other assigned duties. Participate in departmental, division, and college planning sessions to actively support and communicate the College's mission and goals, as well as professional development activities.
MinimumAnd Additional Requirements
Faculty teaching associate degree courses designed for transfer to a baccalaureate degree must possess a master's degree with a minimum of 18 graduate semester hours in ENG/ENGL-prefix courses.
Preferred QualificationsTeaching experience at the two-year college level is preferred.
