• Strong classroom management abilities
• Behavior intervention experience strongly preferred

In this full-time, Monday through Friday position, you’ll:

• Develop and adapt Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students
• Deliver instruction in both individual and small group settings
• Employ evidence-based strategies and tools to best support student learning
• Foster a supportive classroom climate that encourages academic and social growth
• Collaborate with other general and special educators, therapists, and administrators
• Collect and maintain data on student progress and behavior interventions
• Engage with parents and caregivers to promote student success
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and school regulations regarding special education
