We are looking for dependable, caring, and enthusiastic individuals for substitute teaching opportunities that may arise throughout the school year across different grade levels and subject areas. Substitutes play an important role in supporting our faculty and ensuring continuity of learning and supervision when the lead classroom teacher is absent.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required
- Background in Education or related field preferred
- Prior substitute/lead teacher experience preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Duties and Responsibilities:
Under the direct supervision of the Head of School, Substitutes will:
- Follow lesson plans, classroom procedures, schedules, and instructions as provided by the lead classroom teacher
- Supervise and monitor students during classroom activities, recess, lunch, and other school events
- Support classroom management using positive behavior guidance and social-emotional techniques
- Comply with all Mason Preparatory School policies and procedures, and expectations
