Schedule:
Full-Time, Monday-Friday 7:30 am to 3:30 pm
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required
- Background in Education or a related field preferred
- State teaching license required
- Strong knowledge of instructional practices, classroom management, and student development
- Strong communicative and collaborative skills
- Plan and deliver high-quality and engaging classroom instruction while maintaining a safe, structured, and positive learning environment
- Establish and maintain clear classroom rules and routines
- Build and maintain professional relationships with students, families, and colleagues
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Actively participate in school events and activities, meetings, and professional development opportunities.
- Support and uphold all Mason Preparatory School policies and procedures as outlined in faculty and employee handbooks.
- Supportive leadership and a collaborative faculty culture
