You will coordinate the customer experience to ensure exceptional service, and work evenings, weekends, and holidays with on-call status for emergencies.
Responsibilities include designing standards-aligned programs, building partnerships, supervising part-time staff, and ensuring safety and ADA/OSHA compliance across facilities.
