Stormwater Project Manager

An established and growing civil engineering design firm, is seeking a Stormwater Project Manager to support its continued growth. This is a hands-on, design-focused role ideal for an experienced civil engineer who enjoys producing high-quality plans and solving technical stormwater and grading challenges - without heavy business development expectations.

• Lead stormwater and grading design, including detention, conveyance, and drainage systems
• Prepare construction documents, calculations, and supporting technical exhibits
• Support permitting and coordination with local reviewing agencies
• Collaborate closely with internal design teams in a full-time, in-office environment
• Provide technical input and mentoring where appropriate (experience-dependent)
• Contribute to project delivery with a “doer” mindset

• Professional Engineer (PE) license required
• 4–10+ years of civil engineering experience
• Candidates with 15–20+ years of experience will also be considered
• Previous experience with a civil engineering design firm is highly desirable
• Strong background in stormwater and grading design
• Proficiency with AutoCAD-based civil design workflows
• Ability to work independently and produce high-quality deliverables
