You’ll be involved in projects ranging from industrial and logistics facilities to commercial and site development initiatives, gaining exposure to every stage of the project lifecycle—from due diligence and design through permitting and construction.

• Assist with civil engineering design and land development projects under the guidance of licensed Professional Engineers
• Prepare construction drawings, grading plans, utility layouts, drainage calculations, technical reports, and supporting documentation
• Support site design efforts including grading, stormwater management, utility design, and cut/fill analysis
• Assist with permitting applications and regulatory submissions
• Participate in project coordination with clients, contractors, regulatory agencies, and internal team members
• Conduct occasional site visits, field investigations, and construction observations
• Research municipal, state, and federal engineering standards and permitting requirements
• Support project budgeting, scheduling, and deliverable management
• Develop technical expertise while working toward Professional Engineer (PE) licensure

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification or successful completion of the FE Exam
• 1-4 years of civil engineering experience
• Working knowledge of civil engineering principles and site development practices
• Experience or familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
• Stormwater modeling software such as HydroCAD, ICPR, or Storm Wise (preferred)
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Desire to learn and grow within a consulting engineering environment

• Internship or professional experience in land development, site design, transportation, or civil engineering consulting
• Exposure to commercial, industrial, logistics, or municipal projects
• Experience working in a team-oriented environment
• Interest in pursuing PE licensure and long-term career growth
