- Location: Preferably South Carolina (With 40–60% travel throughout the US)
- Compensation: Base Salary up to $120,000 + 30% Bonus
- Position Type: Permanent, Full-Time
- Analyze & Consult: Conduct onsite assessments of manufacturing and warehouse facilities to map material flows, identify bottlenecks, and uncover automation opportunities.
- Design Concepts: Develop complete intralogistics concepts, including fleet sizing, facility layouts, application risk assessments, and clear ROI analyses.
- Own the Cycle: Lead high-level customer engagements from the initial discovery meeting all the way through commissioning and final acceptance.
- Present to Leadership: Confidently pitch technical recommendations and custom load-carrier concepts to engineers, plant managers, and C-suite executives.
- Drive Project Success: Coordinate cross-functional engineering, software, and service teams to ensure flawless project implementations.
- Experience: 5+ years in AMRs, AGVs, industrial automation, intralogistics, or material handling.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Mindset: A strong consultative sales approach with the technical confidence to challenge existing workflows and optimize processes.
- Project Leadership: Proven success managing complex, customer-facing technical projects from concept to completion.
- Travel Flexibility: Ready and willing to travel 40–60% across North America to meet with clients on-site.
