VNE, LLC is looking for a TS/SCI Cleared Engineer Systems IV

• Education:
  
  Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• Experience:
  
  10 years with Master’s degree or 14 years with Bachelor’s degree of professional experience overseeing the creation of hybrid software, web and hardware products from initial specifications to final rollout and maintenance. Must have experience integrating various network operating systems, application programs and hardware devices through system specification, design, coding, testing and maintenance support. Notable experience preparing and delivering presentations/briefing and having experience being the task lead/manager.
  
  Experience includes Systems of Systems Engineering including but not limited to integration, testing and evaluation of COTS and GOTS products into existing SIGINT systems in accordance with DoD standards. Additionally, experience in Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) with familiarity in associated DoD and commercial standards.
• TS/SCI level Clearance required.

The scope of work covers systems engineering, technical, and management support services for the government and its associated acquisition, technology, logistics, and program management offices. Support is provided to multiple stakeholders responsible for the development, integration, and sustainment of specialized operational capabilities. The scope of support includes program management, engineering analysis and design, configuration management, testing, quality control, sustainment, cybersecurity, training, and field service representative (FSR) support for a static collection capability that functions as a subsystem within a larger integrated system.

This is in support of the development, production, and sustainment of specialized intelligence capabilities. Configuration management and associated systems engineering activities are conducted through a collaborative effort among multiple government and partner organizations to ensure interoperability, performance, and lifecycle support.

A Systems Engineer, also known as lead systems analyst, a network engineer who can also program, or a software engineer who can also manage networks, is an IT professional who oversees the creation of hybrid software, web and hardware products from initial specifications to final rollout and maintenance.
