You will develop and optimize preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance programs, lead cross-functional teams, and use RCA/RCM/FMEA with data analytics to cut maintenance costs.
The role requires a BS in mechanical or electrical engineering, 3+ years in maintenance/reliability, CMMS experience, and strong problem-solving skills.
