Manufacturing Engineer, Electrical

Job Location

This position is on-site in Richland, Washington.

• Develop manufacturing process solutions – involving software, documentation, and floor operations
• Be responsible for essential manufacturing engineering tools
• Contribute to the improvement of PLM, ERP, and MES systems
• Assist in manufacturing engineering for new product introductions and scaling manufacturing processes
• Quickly troubleshoot and resolve electrical or systems issues that may arise during manufacturing
• Prototype, troubleshoot, and iterate designs for electrical test fixtures and automated testing equipment, collaborating with engineering
• Drive decisions through project planning, task delegation, and leading problem‑solving efforts to iterate quickly

• Minimum 3 years working experience as a manufacturing engineer
• Experience with 3‑phase distribution systems (required)
• Experience working with electrical control panels or enclosures (required)
• Experience with PLC systems and ladder logic (plus)
• Experience working with contract manufacturers or panel shops (plus)
• Experience with SOLIDWORKS and SOLIDWORKS Electrical (plus)
• Hands‑on experience in hardware debug and automated verification
• Effective verbal and written communication skills and a desire to work in multidisciplinary teams
• Experience in schematic design and machine architecture
• BS+ in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering (required)

Base salary range: $105,000—$145,000 USD
