The Mechanical Engineer will collaborate with the Buildings Mechanical Design team, contributing to all aspects of commercial building engineering.
Responsibilities include:
- Designing HVAC systems
- Designing plumbing systems
- Developing performance-based fire protection systems
- Conducting code analysis
- Performing energy modeling
- Designing laboratory and medical gas systems
- Preparing LEED and Green Globes documentation
- Performing life cycle cost analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited college or university
- 1 to 4 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in HVAC systems design
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification
