You will manage electrical, boiler, and HVAC/Controls equipment, perform preventative maintenance, and troubleshoot complex issues to ensure peak performance for client operations.
The role requires experience in commercial environments, familiarity with CMMS and BAS, and the ability to work 6:00 AM–2:30 PM with overtime as needed.
