- Bachelor's degree preferred.

. - 5+ years of demonstrated experience in Land Surveying, Subdivision Mapping, Topographic Mapping and writing legal descriptions
- Proficiency in the operation of Carlson Survey and GPS Equipment
- Working knowledge of
AutoCAD and Civil 3D
software applications.
