• Manage, prepare, and review complex individual, corporate, partnership, and pass-through entity tax returns, including multi-state filings
• Provide proactive tax planning, projections, and advisory services aligned with client goals
• Research complex tax and business issues and present clear, well-documented findings and recommendations
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships through responsive, high-quality service
• Respond to and resolve federal and state tax notices accurately and efficiently
• Lead tax engagements from planning through completion, ensuring compliance with firm standards and deadlines
• Mentor, train, and support the professional development of tax staff
• Collaborate with partners and internal teams to manage workflow and resource allocation
• Identify opportunities for additional client services and participate in business development efforts
• Assist firm partners with leadership, administrative, and operational responsibilities as needed
• Maintain current knowledge of tax law changes and best practices to support firm-wide excellence

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Master’s degree preferred)
• Active CPA license (required)
• Minimum of 5 years of public accounting experience with a primary focus on tax
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Professional, confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
• Ability to work effectively with professionals at all levels, internally and externally
• Self-directed, solution-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality and client service
