A company is looking for an Inbound Investment Advisor.
Key Responsibilities Achieve/exceed performance targets for engagement center metrics, including opportunity generation and client retention Take inbound calls to review financial goals, providing consultative mentorship to support clients' financial objectives Demonstrate knowledge of financial planning philosophy, products, and investment strategies while engaging with clients
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience, preferably in Finance, Economics, or Financial Planning Outstanding customer service experience with a strong desire to assist clients Results-oriented with a passion for discussing financial needs and advising clients Proficiency in computer-based tools for account management Possession of Series 65 or Series 66 securities license, or willingness to obtain within the first 3 months of employment
