Key Responsibilities Monitor and analyze daily transactional activity to detect potential fraud Conduct periodic reviews of fraud detection tools and implement updates based on risk trends Support chargeback analysis and develop fraud dashboards for trend monitoring
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred) Experience in fraud prevention within an eCommerce or online payments environment Hands-on experience with payment gateways and fraud risk tools Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting Working knowledge of chargeback and dispute workflows
