, designed for a strong accounting professional who wants to step into the business, master the financial operations, and grow into a long-term leadership role.

This opportunity sits at corporate headquarters
, works directly with the CFO, Finance Manager, and senior leadership, and provides full visibility into the financial engine of the organization.

• This is not a “review and delegate” accounting seat.
• This is a roll‑up‑your‑sleeves, learn the business, own the numbers, and improve the systems opportunity.

You will play a critical role in running and strengthening the company’s financial infrastructure.

• Ownership of the company’s financial reporting including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow
• Preparation and presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Hands‑on involvement in the general ledger, month‑end close, journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations (Senior Accountants, Financial Controllers, Accounting Managers)
• Oversight of AP, AR, billing, collections, and cash management
• Strengthening internal controls and improving accounting processes
• Collaboration with external CPA firms for audit and tax support
• Leadership and oversight of 2–3 staff-level accounting professionals

In the near term, your mission is simple:

Over time, this role is positioned to grow into a key financial leadership position as the company continues to scale.

• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong month‑end close and technical accounting foundation
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience working with modern accounting systems and financial software
• Leadership ability and experience mentoring junior staff

• Experience in service, logistics, construction, or asset‑based businesses
