Production Analyst- Debt & Structured Finance

The Production Analyst is responsible for analyzing financial and supporting documents on incoming applications consistent with internal and insurer policies. This position evaluates property values based on appraised market prices and recommends or denies mortgages to clients after examining financial status.

• Develop and produce a mortgage portfolio for the commercial or consumer market
• Analyze financial information including operating statements and net worth statements to determine appropriate loan size, terms, and pricing
• Review various reports including appraisals, environmental documentation, and engineering reports to determine compliance with investor requirements
• Evaluate mortgage loan requests to approve or deny applications
• Determine property values based on appraised market prices and the borrower’s creditworthiness
• Administer mortgage and other secured loan products as per approved amount levels and in accordance with lending policies
• Investigate credit ratings with credit bureaus and reporting agencies
• Submit regular credit and loan consumption reports to management
• Visit borrower properties and homes for verification and evaluation
• Participate in the development and implementation of new processes and procedures related to program revisions and guideline changes
• Other duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Finance or Commercial Real Estate
• Experience in commercial mortgage industry preferred
• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
• Understanding of income property appraisal and cash flow methodology
• Accurate and dependable in completing responsibilities with strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and able to work independently with little supervision
• Able to work within deadlines; proven ability to work on multiple concurrent projects
• Good at problem solving, researching, and decision making with the ability to think critically and independently
• Strong ability and desire to work with others as a team, respecting people of diverse backgrounds
• Willing to assume duties and projects to further the goals of the company
• Must be authorized to work in the US without the need for sponsorship now or in the future

This is a full‑time position. Workdays are Monday through Friday during standard business hours. Regular and reliable attendance required. Monthly domestic travel required. After hours and weekend work as required to meet client transaction timelines.
