CAROLINA ONE MORTGAGE is seeking a dynamic Mortgage Loan Originator in Charleston, SC. You will meet with clients at their homes and with real estate partners to develop borrower leads, process loan applications, and present compelling proposals that meet program guidelines.
You will manage end-to-end loan origination, deliver excellent service, and stay current with licensing and industry trends. A proactive, customer-focused approach and strong sales skills are essential.
