JW Michaels & Co. seeks a subject matter expert in State and Local Tax to lead SALT across our private equity–oriented portfolio. You will partner with finance, legal and business-unit leaders to manage state tax compliance, reporting, planning, and risk management.
Candidates should have 7+ years in SALT with partnerships, S-corporations and pass-through structures;
Big 4 background and in-house PE or asset management experience is a plus.
