Find Great People | FGP in Charleston, SC seeks an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer to originate residential loans, guide borrowers from application to closing, and develop referral partnerships. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in mortgage origination, proven success with Conventional, FHA, VA, and Jumbo loans, and established realtor relationships.
Proficiency with AUS (DU, LP, GUS) and LOS platforms is required; builder relationships and first-time homebuyer experience are a plus.
