- Process customer banking transactions accurately while providing friendly, professional service.
- Assist customers with account servicing, general banking questions, and day-to-day branch support.
- Maintain and balance a cash drawer with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Build positive customer relationships and support a welcoming community banking experience.
- Educate customers on banking products, services, and self-service tools when appropriate.
- Support branch operations, administrative tasks, fraud awareness, and compliance with banking policies and procedures.
- Salary range: $50,000 to $57,000 per year.

- Accurately process teller transactions, customer requests, and account servicing needs.
- Support branch operations in a fast-paced, high-volume banking environment.
- Maintain strong customer relationships while providing professional banking support.
- Identify potential fraud concerns and follow established banking policies and procedures.
- At least 2 years of recent banking experience required.
- Experience as a Universal Banker, Personal Banker, Teller, Relationship Banker, or Banking Customer Service Representative strongly preferred.
- Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to balance a cash drawer accurately and handle confidential customer information professionally.
- Dependable, adaptable, and willing to assist wherever needed within the branch.
- Positive attitude, confident personality, and ability to stay composed in a busy customer-facing environment.
- 3 to 5 years of recent banking experience in a branch environment.
- Prior experience supporting both teller transactions and customer account servicing.
- Background in a community banking environment.
- Strong comfort level educating customers on banking products, services, and self-service tools.
