- Coordination of all activities on a portfolio of client accounts to ensure that the account is resourced appropriately for all activities to be achieved on time. Activities include financial statement processing and reporting, regulatory compliance, annual audits, actuarial analyses, insurance policy renewals, investment accounting, tax compliance, corporate governance and internal controls.
- Peer review of financial statements and domicile regulatory reports.
- Preparation of statutory financial accounting statements and the filing of NAIC report for risk retention groups and commercial insurance company clients.
- Training and development of junior staff on client account teams.
- Preparing for and attending client Board of Director meetings.
- Communication with service providers and regulators.
- Participate in client financial audits and regulatory examinations collaborating with external auditors and regulators to provide required documentation and respond to inquiries on the accounts.

Bachelor’s or equivalent in Accounting or related field and 2 years of relevant accounting experience, including:
- Captive Insurance.
- Insurance accounting.
- Accounting principles, including GAAP and SAP and the different applications thereof to financial statement preparation and disclosure as well as regulatory reporting.
Domestic travel approximately 20% of the time is required.
