Location: 7580 Charlotte Hwy, Indian Land, South Carolina with travel to Fort Lawn.

Job Type: Full-time (Mon–Fri; 40 hrs per week).

Salary: $77,000 - $100,000 per year (based on experience).

Sign-on Bonus: Up to $10,000.

• Review patients’ medical history.
• Diagnose patients by observing movements and listening to concerns.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with clear goals and expected outcomes.
• Use exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands‑on manual therapy to manage pain, increase mobility, and prevent injury.
• Record patient progress and modify the plan of care as needed.

• Physical Therapist licensure in good standing in State of North Carolina.
• CPR and first aid certification.
