Job Description

• Assure the client experience is relaxing and flow of the appointment is smooth by performing all services to the client’s comfort level.
• Follow the laws of draping.
• Keep each room set up to spa specifications as well as clean and stocked.
• Communicate all client challenges to Spa Director.
• Learn and perform hydrotherapy treatments while keeping current on wellness, body information, and new trends.
• Suggest add‑on services to aid in your client’s needs and sell retail through educating clients.
• Maintain client files, write thank you notes, and continue with follow‑up calls.
• Other duties as assigned.
