Responsibilities- Evaluating patients within 24 hours of referral; developing and implementing treatment plans; supervising assistants; communicating with the care team; documenting services; participating in staff training; instructing families and staff; and discharge planning.
- Acting as a clinical preceptor for trainees and ensuring compliance with state practice acts and policies.
- Master’s or doctoral degree in SLP; valid state licensure; or equivalent clinical experience if not licensed.
- Proficiency in computer programs like Casamba and Point Click Care; ongoing continuing education required.
- Supervisory responsibilities for CFY/Speech Clinical Fellows and restorative aides.
