An established ABA provider is seeking a licensed BCBA based in South Carolina to join a structured, flexible service model designed around sustainable caseload management and defined expectations.

• Oversee and manage a caseload aligned to 24–25 billable hours per week
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor client progress
• Provide supervision and support to RBTs and clinical staff
• Maintain clinical documentation and ensure compliance standards are met
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary partners as required

• Salary up to $90,000 depending on experience
• Administrative and planning time built into the workweek
• Primarily remote delivery model
• Limited in-person sessions to maintain clinical oversight and client connection
• Structured caseload planning and defined workload expectations

• Licensed to practice in South Carolina
• Experience managing caseloads and supervising clinical staff
