Description:

Pediatric Critical Care float pool RN position available.
The nurse will work three 12-hour night shifts from 7 PM to 7:30 AM.
This position requires 36 hours per week.
Weekend requirements include every other weekend and holiday rotation.
Patient ratios are 1:2 or 1:3.
The nurse will float to all pediatric units as needed.
First time travelers are accepted if they meet the required experience.
BLS and PALS certifications from the American Heart Association are required.
Skills required include interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, isolation precautions, central line care, and care of ventilated patients.
Travelers should be aware of possible assignment to emergency response teams during hurricane season, which runs from June to November.
All requests for time off must be submitted at the time of application.
This position may involve floating to various units based on facility needs.
