Responsibilities:

* Assist with medication, personal care, and hygiene

* Support mobility and physical therapy exercises

* Prepare meals and help with dietary needs

* Perform light housekeeping and run errands

* Offer companionship and emotional support

* Observe and report changes in condition

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent

* Reliable transportation

* Compassionate, respectful, and dependable attitude

* Strong communication and time-management skills

* Ability to pass background check and drug screening

* Physical ability to assist clients safely
