This is a full-time, on-site role based on Daniel Island, Charleston, SC, for a Clinic Operations & Patient Coordinator.
Role DescriptionThe Clinic Operations & Patient Coordinator ensures our Charleston clinic schedules stay near capacity, operations run efficiently, and patients experience a high level of service at every touch point.
This role serves as the primary operational point of contact. You will manage day-to-day clinic flow while also serving as a confident first point of contact for prospective and current patients.

Qualifications- Proficient in phone etiquette and appointment scheduling to support patient communication and manage schedules efficiently.
- Comfortable answering phones, discussing services and pricing, and doing occasional initial consult calls with potential new patients
- Experienced in Receptionist Duties with the ability to greet patients and provide a welcoming and professional front office experience.
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients, staff, and external contacts.
- Organizational skills, systems-minded, and ability to multi-task and manage interruptions in a fast-paced clinic environment.
- Experience with healthcare operations or physical therapy practices is a plus.

- Strongly preferred: experience with CRM and EMR software
- 50,000 - 65,000 starting salary based on experience
