• Maintain cleanliness and order in guest corridors, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
• Remove trash, deliver supplies, and assist with room preparation to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Collaborate with housekeeping to ensure areas meet high standards of excellence
• Assist with furniture arrangements, set up meeting spaces, and respond promptly to requests from guests and team members
• Demonstrate attention to detail, safety protocols, and a proactive approach to issues during shifts
• Contribute to a welcoming environment and positive guest experiences on a daily basis

• Strong communication skills to interact with guests and team members
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and order in both public and back-of-house areas
