We are building something big — and we are looking for a true growth leader to help drive it.
Our mission is simple: build the most dominant real estate organization in the Charleston market. To do that, we are creating a dedicated Growth & Recruiting Department led by someone who thrives on people, energy, leadership, and building systems that scale.
This is not a passive recruiting role. This is not traditional HR. This is a high‑impact leadership position for someone who wants to influence the future of a company and the careers of high‑performing agents.
The OpportunityYou will own the strategy and execution behind attracting, recruiting, and developing agents inside our organization — with a clear goal of 60 new agents per year (15 per quarter) who align with our culture and production standards.
You won’t just recruit. You will build the recruiting machine
, refine the playbook, partner with marketing to attract talent, and help elevate top performers into our highest level — Tier 1.
As agents you recruit grow into Tier 1, you will step into a leadership role — coaching, motivating, holding accountability, and helping them reach their highest potential.
