Senior SAP Consultant

New South Technologies is in search for a SAP Technical Consultant. The Consultant will serve as the primary technical point of contact, providing expert advice, assistance, and guidance to support a major S/4

HANA migration project and ensure all project requirements are met.

The Consultant will work with the project manager and the team to provide end-to-end technical migration oversight services for this project.

*** This position is based in the Charleston, SC region, but can be FULLY REMOTE for the ideal candidate!***

*** This is an initial 6-12 months contract position, with the possibility of a long-term extension.***

*** The hourly rate for this role is about $70HR - $75HR depending on the ideal candidate's background and experience.***

*** The ideal candidate preferably should live in the EST TIME ZONE region!***

Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of various SAP modules (e.g., S/4

HANA, SAP ECC, SAP Business Warehouse/Business Objects, SAP GRC, SAP BTP, FICO, and their integration.

SAP Architecture: Strong understanding of SAP architecture frameworks, methodologies, system landscapes, and data modeling concepts.

Cloud Solutions: Cloud-based SAP solutions (e.g., SAP RISE Platform, SAP Business Technology Platform) and cloud migration strategies.

Integration: Proficiency in SAP integration tools and techniques, including APIs, middleware solutions (e.g., SAP PI/PO, CPI), and cloud connectors.

Databases: Solid knowledge of database technologies, particularly SAP HANA and SQL.

Programming: Proficiency in ABAP, Fiori, Java, or other relevant programming languages for custom development and enhancements.

• 5+ years of experience with large HR/Financial system implementation projects
• 5+ years of experience with the migration of a large-scale cloud-based ERP system, such as SAP ECC, to SAP S/4
  
  HANA RISE Migration
• Served as a SME (Subject Matter Expert) on S/4 HANA Migration.
• 5+ years of relevant experience providing a combination of the following services:
  Implementation, project management, quality assurance (QA), and other project oversight services for State governments, preferably in programs related to Enterprise HR/Financial Systems, and Government Operations.
• Experience with providing deliverable reviews and risk assessments
• Excellent writing skills and ability to make presentations to various audiences.
• Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to interact with all levels of personnel, from technical to executive management.
