This is a 10-week structured program beginning on June 15, 2026, and ending August 21, 2026. This will be a part-time (up to 29 hours/week) with the potential to go full-time in the future.

As an IT Operations Intern, you will support XiFin's day‑to‑day IT operations by assisting with end‑user support, asset management, and operational tracking. This role provides hands‑on exposure to enterprise IT service delivery, asset lifecycle management, and standardized support processes within a SaaS environment. You will work alongside the IT team to troubleshoot hardware and software issues, maintain accurate documentation, and help ensure reliable, efficient technology services for employees..

What does the position pay?

The hourly compensation for this role is $23.00 for undergraduate students and $25.00 for graduate students.

How you will make an impact:

In this role, you'll:

* Assist with tracking IT costs, hardware, software, and asset lifecycle data

* Support IT asset management, inventory tracking, and equipment deployment

* Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and Microsoft‑based systems

* Provide desktop, laptop, email, mobile device, VPN, and printer support

* Troubleshoot workstation, network (wired/wireless), and connectivity issues

* Support ticketing systems, documentation, and software compliance

* Provide basic phone system and collaboration tool support

* Help improve operational documentation and repeatable IT support processes

This is an onsite position at our office in Charleston, SC.

What you will bring to the team:

A combination of the following education and experience factors will be considered:

* Currently pursuing a degree in Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Information Systems or a related field

* Demonstrated technical ability and trouble shooting skills

* Strong understanding and utilization of Microsoft Excel

* Able to regularly lift up to 50 pounds
