Am100 Law firm seeks to add an IP Docket & Technology Administrator to their growing team! An ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in business operations, data analysis, and/or project management with at least 5+ years of leadership involving IP docketing, technology/workflow management!

Job Details

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; PMP certification preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in business operations, data analysis, or project management, with at least 5 years in leadership involving IP docketing, technology, or workflow management.
  • Proficiency with IP docketing systems (ideally CPi) and familiarity with USPTO, WIPO, and international patent offices, as well as IP procedures.
  • Strong project management skills, including data mapping, dashboard design, and workflow implementation.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide meaningful insights.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of precision and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with project management or reporting tools (e.g., , Power BI, Smartsheet).
  • Experience with document management systems such as iManage, time and billing platforms preferred.
