Job Description & How to Apply Below

We are looking for a motivated and AI-savvy professional to help shape and drive our company’s AI strategy from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity for someone early in their career who is deeply passionate about artificial intelligence to make a meaningful, company-wide impact. This isa business operations role powered by AI — not a software engineering role. Working cross-functionally with every team in the organization, you will design and implement AI-powered workflows that improve how we draft contracts, build presentations, develop financial models, manage projects, and share knowledge across the organization.

You will also own the company’s AI training and adoption program, helping every team member — regardless of technical comfort level — get meaningfully better at using these tools in their daily work. This role reports to the VP of Finance & Accounting and works cross-functionally with all departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with every team in the organization — business development, engineering, finance, operations, legal, and project management — toidentymanual processes that can be enhanced or automated with AI tools.
  • Build and deploy practical AI workflows for company-wide use cases including:contract and proposal drafting, PowerPoint presentation creation, Excel model development and auditing, market research, regulatory tracking, meeting summarization, and project documentation.
  • Design agentic AI workflows that chain multiple steps together — for example, extracting key terms from a term sheet, populating a comparison template, flagging risk items, and generating a summary memo — toeliminaterepetitive manual work across departments.
  • Own the company’s AI training and adoption program. Conduct 1-on-1 coaching sessions with individual team members, run periodic company-widetrainings, and build simple how-to guides and prompt libraries tailored to each department’s workflows.

Meet people where they are — some team members will be powerusersand some will need more hands-on support.
  • Create andmaintainshared AI project work spaces (e.g., Claude Projects, custom GPTs, shared prompt libraries) so that institutional knowledge compounds across the team rather than living in individual chat threads.
  • Leverage leading AI platforms — including Claude (Anthropic), ChatGPT (OpenAI), and others — to implement practical, high-impact solutions.
  • Continuously evaluate emerging AI tools and platforms, assessing theirfitfor the business and leading adoption where appropriate.
  • Maintain and iterate on deployed AI solutions, ensuring theyremaincurrent, effective, and aligned with evolving business needs.
  • Document workflows, agent configurations, and best practices to build institutional knowledge around AI usage.
  • Stay current on the rapidly evolving AI landscape and proactively surface new capabilities that couldbenefitthe company.
Required Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience working with large language model (LLM) platforms such as Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, or similar tools — in a professional or demonstrable project context.
  • Detailed understanding of prompt engineering, AI assisted / agentic coding design, and workflow automation concepts.
  • Comfortable working with APIs, light scripting (Python or similar), and tools like Claude Code or Codex to build and extend AI-powered workflows.
  • 1–4 years of professional experience in a business analyst, consulting, operations, or similar role where you used AI tools to produce real business outputs. A portfolio of AI-assisted workproductis strongly encouraged.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to train and coach others on new tools and workflows, including people who may not be naturally tech-forward.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a self-starter mentality — comfortable working with ambiguity and building from scratch.
  • Genuine curiosity about AI developments and a habit of staying current with the field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience.
