On one of the ways we are achieving this is through our XiFin Internship Program. The Internship Program is designed to empower, educate, and inspire the next generation of talent by providing meaningful hands‑on experience, professional development, and direct exposure to the real impact of our work. Our mission is to create an environment where interns build the skills, confidence, and connections needed to excel in their careers — while contributing to projects that support XiFin’s mission of improving healthcare financial performance.

This is a 10‑week structured program beginning on June 15, 2026, and ending August 21, 2026. This will be a part‑time (up to 29 hours/week) with the potential to go full‑time in the future.

The hourly compensation for this role is $23.00 for undergraduate students and $25.00 for graduate students.

This is an onsite position at our office in Charleston, SC.

• Assist with tracking IT costs, hardware, software, and asset lifecycle data
• Support IT asset management, inventory tracking, and equipment deployment
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and Microsoft‑based systems
• Provide desktop, laptop, email, mobile device, VPN, and printer support
• Troubleshoot workstation, network (wired/wireless), and connectivity issues
• Support ticketing systems, documentation, and software compliance
• Provide basic phone system and collaboration tool support
• Help improve operational documentation and repeatable IT support processes

A combination of the following education and experience factors will be considered:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Information Systems, or a related field
• Demonstrated technical ability and troubleshooting skills
• Strong understanding and utilization of Microsoft Excel
• Able to regularly lift up to 50 pounds

The XiFin Internship Program is a structured 10‑week summer experience that offers students the opportunity to work alongside industry professionals in technical, business and operational areas across the organization. Interns participate in department‑specific projects while taking part in a series of developmental workshops aimed at improving industry knowledge and skills.
