Mindgruve is seeking a visionary and commercially minded VP, AI Solutions to lead the evolution of our AI capabilities, enterprise solution strategy, and client-facing initiatives. This leader will help define how artificial intelligence powers the future of media, creative, commerce, analytics, and business intelligence across the organization and for our clients.
What You'll Do Here:- Define and lead Mindgruve’s AI solutions vision across media, creative, commerce, analytics, and operational workflows
- Identify emerging AI technologies, models, and platforms that can create competitive advantages for clients and the organization
- Leverage scalable AI frameworks that enhance predictive marketing, audience intelligence, personalization, and business forecasting
- Support AI-enabled solution offerings that integrate with Mindgruve’s existing media, creative, commerce, and data capabilities
- Support Mindgruve’s AI Predictive Marketing and Business Intelligence platform to improve customer segmentation, attribution modeling, forecasting, and marketing performance optimization
- Partner with analytics and data engineering teams to improve enterprise reporting, business intelligence, and decision-support systems
- Drive innovation around AI-powered insights, automation, and real‑time optimization
- Help architect enterprise data ecosystems that support AI readiness and intelligent decision-making
- Develop AI-driven approaches for media planning, optimization, audience targeting, and performance forecasting
- Help evolve AI-assisted creative development, content generation, personalization, and dynamic creative optimization
- Advance AI applications for commerce strategy, retail media, customer journey optimization, and conversion performance
- Evaluate and implement generative AI tools that improve operational efficiency and client outcomes
- Serve as a senior executive advisor to enterprise clients on AI transformation and innovation strategy
- Support business development efforts by shaping AI-focused solution narratives and participating in high-level pitches and strategic engagements
- Translate complex technical concepts into practical business outcomes for executive stakeholders
- Partner with leadership to commercialize AI capabilities into scalable revenue-generating offerings
- Establish AI governance frameworks related to data integrity, security, compliance, transparency, and responsible AI usage
- Evaluate AI vendors, platforms, and partnerships to ensure scalability, security, and interoperability
- Build cross-functional collaboration between strategy, analytics, engineering, media, and creative teams
- Help create organizational education and enablement around AI adoption and best practices
- 12–15+ years of experience across AI, data, analytics, digital transformation, or marketing technology leadership
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Previous experience with Claude, OpenAI and other AI solutions
- Previous leadership experience at a: holding company agency, or large independent media, creative, or integrated agency
- Proven experience leading AI initiatives tied to predictive marketing, business intelligence, customer analytics, or enterprise marketing transformation
- Strong understanding of how AI impacts:
- Media strategy and optimization
- Creative automation and personalization
- Commerce and customer journey performance
- Marketing analytics and business intelligence
- Experience with enterprise AI ecosystems, martech/adtech platforms, cloud-based data environments, and analytics frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to bridge technical AI concepts with executive-level business strategy
- Experience supporting enterprise sales efforts, solution architecture, or client transformation engagements
Salary: $175,000 - $250,000 annually (Pay range is based on a market reference point and potential job offers may vary based on the skills, education, experience and geographic location of the individual candidate.…
